Polar Pieces Freeze-Dried Candy Return Policy

At Polar Pieces, we are committed to delivering high-quality freeze-dried candy that delights our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right. Please read our return policy below for information on how to proceed.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

- Damaged or Defective Products: If your candy arrives damaged or in poor condition.

- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or incorrect quantity.

 

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@polarpieces.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

   

2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to approve or deny the return based on the eligibility criteria.

 

3. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please return the items in their original packaging. Items must be unused and unopened.

 

4. Refunds or Replacements: Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

- Opened or partially consumed products

- Products not in their original condition or packaging

- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different flavor or product, please follow the same process outlined above. Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After 4 hours, cancellations may not be possible as we strive to fulfill orders quickly.
